Study rooms are only available to current UAH students, faculty and staff. These quiet, enclosed spaces come in two broad categories:
- Group: For 4 or more people (check seating capacity). At least 2 people must be at checkout to receive a group study room.
- Single: For 1 or 2 people.
To access your room, show up the the User Services Desk in Salmon Library and show your student ID which matches the email address used to submit the reservation. Other students/faculty are not allowed to pick up a reserved room for you.
All campus, local, and library rules/laws/policies apply.
Rooms should be locked after use. Damage to rooms may be charged to the patron account who had the room checked out.
Failure to meet reservation 3 times in a single semester may result in a patron being unable to book a room in the future.
Reservations are limited to 3 hours a day per person. (Renewals depend on availability.)
IMPORTANT: The earliest booking time available within this interface is 8 hours in advance. Stop by the First Floor Lobby if you need to book a study room for today. Walk ups are first come first serve.
